The Hindus themselves shall have grown strong enough to throw off the English yoke altogether.- KARL MARX

Karl Marx, the emblem of the Indian Liberal Cabal and certain Indian Communists who so often paint Hinduism as a religion of regressive oppression and Hindus as oppressive monsters against minorities is actually Pro Hindu.

In his earliest works, Karl Marx in 1853 says:

“Arabs, Turks, Tartars, Moguls, who had successively overrun India, soon
became Hindooized, the barbarian conquerors being, by an eternal law of
history conquered themselves by the superior civilization of their subjects.” [1]

Yes, this is Karl Marx speaking. Acknowledging the superior, intelligent and holistic civilisation, the Hindu civilisation was before being invaded by barbarian conquers like the Arabs, Turks, Tartars, and Moghuls.

But unfortunately, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) a party that uses Marx’s name and his ideology, without which its existence itself falters. Condemned Sangeet Som, a BJP MLA in 2017, when he stated that the Taj Mahal was built by traitors (Mughals).

In fact, the Sitaram Yechury the general secretary of the Party even went to say “It is a tragedy that the people like Sangeet Som have not read Indian history. These people have no knowledge of their own heritage. They are only concentrated on how to somehow polarize the people on religious grounds” [2]

Yet, Som nor the Hindutva comrades say anything different from Karl Marx’s own opinions! Perhaps, if Yechury and the CPM party were to read Marx’s true opinions. They would perhaps label Karl Marx as a Hindutva fascist! Then, of course, they would have to drop his name from the Party. Which they perhaps would do to main their “secular” credentials of falsehood.

Karl Marx goes on to say:

“…. At all events, we may safely expect to see, at a more or less remote
period, the regeneration of that great and interesting country, whose gentle
natives are, to use the expression of Prince Soltykov, even in the most
inferior classes, “ plus fins et adroits que les Italiens “ (more subtle and
adroit than the Italians), whose submission even is counterbalanced by a
certain calm nobility, who, notwithstanding their natural langor, have
astonished the British officers by their bravery, whose country has been the
source of our languages, our religions, and who represent the type of the
ancient German in the Jat, and the type of the ancient Greek in the Brahmin.”

If one reads this quote of Karl Marx, quite carefully. Karl Marx acknowledges primarily that the source of European languages, religions and culture all have their genesis in the Vedic Aryan culture or what critics label as “Brahminical” a word now used more as an urban slur to insult Hinduism! But yet is the same Brahminism, Marx holds in high esteem. Not only that but the Brahmins, the same ones labelled as monsters of oppression by certain Liberals and Communists are held as intellectual and morally upright as akin to the great intellectual giants of Ancient Greece by Marx.

Marx has the textbook views of Hindutva in essence. If you observe both his observations from his quotes, he so often uses the word “Hindooized” or “Hindoostan” in much of his works. Therefore, Marx acknowledges and recognises that the Hindus, and the Hindu culture as an intellectually beaming, highly moral and spiritual system of life distinct from foreign cultures in the land! And acknowledges that it is only this Hindu system that is native to India. And the rest are brought by invaders. Marx’s economical views are an entirely different story, and Marx religiously is an atheist much like Veer Savarkar the founders of modern Hindutva thought. Like Savarkar, Marx detaches cultural identity/cultural hegemony from religious philosophy. [3]

Karl Marx’s views on Hindus as a distinctive societal group native to India and of highly intellectual, spiritual and cultural merit is exactly the same as the views of Veer Savarkar. Savarkar says:

“”We Hindus are bound together not only by the tie of the love we bear to a common fatherland and by the common blood that courses through our veins and keeps our hearts throbbing and our affections warm, but also by the tie of the common homage we pay to our great civilization — our Hindu culture.” [4]

Marx actually has quite the opposite views from the political institutions who use his name. His views would rather qualify as being Pro-Hindu according to most, but regressive and fascist if measured by the Indian Liberal Cabal and CPM and Yechury. Perhaps, today Karl Marx would have been deemed as a bloodthirsty Hindutva fascist if he were alive today for his views by the same political outfits who use his name to run their enterprise!
